Audio Format - sets the codec for recording audio.
ADPCM (14.7 MB/hour) - This codec has better quality than the GSM codec and is a good midrange codec to use for audio quality. This codec is also compatible with most other CAT software.
GSM (5.8 MB/hour) - This codec has the lowest quality out of the three codecs but is still good while taking up the least amount of space. This codec is also compatible with most other CAT software.
Opus (14.7 MB/hour) - This codec is only available on Luminex writers and has good audio quality while using the same amount of memory as the ADPCM codes. To listen to this file in CATalyst you must be using version 20.07 or higher.
Press the Change button to change the codec.
To return to the Opening Menu, press OK, More, then Quit.
