Often times, Courts, law firms, and corporations use a firewall to help keep their network and internet secure. A firewall monitors the incoming and outgoing network traffic and will allow or block access based on rules setup by the system administrator. Depending on these rules, the use of CaseViewNet Cloud may be restricted or blocked and you and your clients may not be able to connect.
If this is the case, you can ask the system administrator to whitelist (allow) CaseViewNet Cloud on the network. The following address is what would need to be whitelisted to allow CaseViewNet Cloud on the network. We have provided both the full name and the corresponding IP address as some firewall systems require the full name to be whitelisted while others require the IP address. Stenograph support cannot assist with unblocking IP addresses, please see your system administrator or IT department.
