Globals, like many things, can be done improperly. Luckily there are a few ways you can undo the global and continue

  1. To undo the last Global you made go to Global, Undo Last global (Ctrl-Shift-u)

  2. To undo a global that's not the last global:

    • Place your cursor next to the global and click Global, Undo Global (at cursor) (Alt-g, l)

    • Place your cursor next to the global and click Global, Undo Global Once (at cursor) (Alt-g, o)

  3. To undo a global from inside the Global Table:

    • Click View, Global Table (Ctrl-y)
