After the drivers are installed, check your Windows sound settings to verify the installation. The audio interface should appear as Line 4-Zoom AMS-44 Driver.
NOTE: You do not need to set the Zoom AMS-44 as the default device.
-
On the physical device, make sure the top right switch for Music/Streaming is set to Music. The left most switch should be set to Mic/Line and not Guitar.
NOTE: If set to Streaming, then Channels 3 and 4 are considered left and right stereo and will not be seen by CATalyst.
-
One the left hand side of the device, make sure the switches for BATTERY and 48V [1-4] are set to OFF.
NOTE: If you are using condenser microphones, then the 48V switch must be set to ON. Consult your microphone documentation to see if your microphones are condenser microphones.

On the right hand side of the device, make sure DIRECT MONITOR and LOOPBACK are set to OFF.
-
Follow the directions for Fully In-Person in the Direct Audio (Multi-Channel Audio) article on the Solution Center. Select 4 Channels Line (4-Zoom AMS-44 Driver) for In-Person audio.
