Import ASCII

Importing an ASCII into Case Catalyst:
Save the ASCII file to your computer. In this example we'll use the Windows Desktop as our save location.
Open Case Catalyst and click Function, Import (Alt-u, i).
On the left side, click the ASCII Radio Button.
On the right side, click the Browse button and in the Browse for Folder dialog box, click Desktop, then click OK.
The file will import and appear in Manage Jobs.
By default, the ASCII file will import to the main Manage Jobs screen. To change the location of where the ASCII gets imported to, click the Options button. In the General Import Options tab. There you can choose a case, or other CATalyst user to save the ASCII file.
