RealTeam allows secure, realtime editing (sharing of text, globals and audio) with one or more clients, from a host, over the internet. To use RealTeam, the host will log into RealTeam with a username & password and then invite clients from their contact list, to join the RealTeam session. Clients must also be logged into RealTeam with their own username & password. Once the client accepts the invite, they will receive the text and audio of the host's transcript and can begin editing. The connection uses 256-bit encryption over an SSL connection on port 443. Only clients invited by the host have access to the file. Once the host ends the RealTeam session, all connected clients are disconnected. All data is only shared between the host and clients. No data is stored, at any time, on Stenograph servers.
